Ake Ake Vineyard and Restaurant
A small, unique family run Vineyard where John and Aynsley grow, make and bottle a variety of award winning wines on site. At the cellar door, John offers tastings of Ake Ake wines and also daily Vineyard Tours.
The Restaurant is owned by Chris and Judy who create and serve a no fuss style of cuisine using fresh local produce. Lunch and Dinner menus are constantly evolving whilst maintaining a common thread. It is the ideal place for a relaxed lunch or dinner or even just to enjoy a glass of wine and a plate of Tapas amongst the vines or inside by the fire during the colder winter months. Families are always welcome. Monthly Theme Nights are a huge hit, as are the Sunday Roast Club and Friday Night Tapas Nights. Chris and John work closely together matching John’s superb wines to Chris’s creative dishes.
Ake Ake Vineyard is the perfect setting for a conference, wedding, birthday celebration or any other excuse for a party. Menus can be designed to suit any event from a canape reception to a full three or four course plated meal.
